Saif Mehmood Abbasi is a dynamic and dedicated lawyer who earned his LLB in 2021 from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. During his studies, Saif excelled academically and actively participated in co-curricular activities. As President of the Debating and Literary Society, he led several initiatives and received the Pride of Performance Award for his exceptional contributions.
After graduation, Saif gained invaluable experience working in various fields of law. He contributed to the Competition Commission of Pakistan and practiced in the district courts of Islamabad. His quest for advanced knowledge led him to the United Kingdom, where he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in 2023. He commenced his Barrister Training Course in 2024, marking the next step in his illustrious legal career.
Saif’s time in the UK was marked by significant professional engagements, including working with renowned law firms such as Deus Nexus Solicitors and Arshed and Co Solicitors. His diverse legal expertise encompasses competition laws, immigration, civil law, and arbitration, both in Pakistan and the UK. Saif’s primary focus is to promote Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Pakistan, recognizing it as an optimal solution for litigants seeking efficient and effective legal outcomes.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Saif has actively contributed to the legal community through webinars and awareness sessions, aimed at educating local citizens about their legal rights.
